THANK YOU for taking the time to read the Vibra-Train Hamilton online shop policies. We try to provide a great experience and pleasant transaction. And for you to be happy with your purchase. We endeavour to offer high quality products and a professional service.

We are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase however, if for some reason you are unsatisfied in some way, please call us on 852-5527 or email us on vibratrainhamilton@xtra.co.nz and we will happily address your concern.


All prices quoted on Vibra-Train Hamilton website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Exchange Policy

Purchase value of the voucher can be exchanged for other services in studio at Vibra-Train Hamilton but are not redeemable for cash.

Returns Policy

All effort is made to make sure that you receive a high quality product. Our products are checked and securely packaged before they’re dispatched and are in perfect condition. If for some reason you receive products that are damaged or your unhappy with the condition of the product, please contact us immediately. We will try and exchange the product.

If the product was damaged in transit please keep the product/s and the packaging, because NZ post or the courier may need to see this as part of the claims process. Please do not post the damaged products back to Vibra-Train Hamilton. We will replace your product at no extra cost, and if for some reason the product is no longer available we will refund the cost you paid for the product.

Please note this money back guarantee only applies to products bought directly from Vibra-Train Hamilton over the internet.


If you need to cancel your order before it has been despatched you are required to call us on 852-5527 and talk to a staff member. You will be refunded the cost of your product and the freight cost. However please note that once item/s has been dispatched you are unable to cancel your order.  So please order wisely.


We only freight within New Zealand.  In most situations, orders are delivered by courier. If you live in a rural delivery area we normally send via standard post, as this is cheaper. If you would like your order couriered to your RD address an additional charge of $4.30 will be made.

Couriered orders will normally arrive within 2-3 working days, after we see your payment in our account. The cost of freight depends on how many items you order, the size and weight. The minimum charge is $2.

Orders and Payment

  1. You can place your order on-line any time of the day or night using our site. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and follow the online instructions on how to complete the order form, make sure you’ve completed all the necessary details and submit it online.
  2. We recommend you pay using Pay Pal.  However you can direct deposit into our bank account – Please call us on 852-5527 for these details. We do also accept personal cheques but these will need to be cleared before your order is dispatched.
  3. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment reaching our bank account. A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with your order for your records.


Back Orders

We do our best to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, you will only be charged for the product supplied. An indication of product availability will be advised on your invoice.
