What is Vibration Training?

WHAT IS VIBRATION TRAINING?

Vibration training is a science that’s been studied for over 100 years and is especially beneficial for people who want a total body workout but don’t have either the inclination or time to spend hours working in a gym.

One of our personal trainers will show you exactly what to do – you don’t have to know anything about working out, exercising or anything like that.  All you have to do is just walk through the door that very first time.

How does Vibra-Train work?
